Russel has been a Senior Leader in a number of ‘Outstanding’ UK schools for over 20 year. He is currently Headteacher of Pate’s Grammar School, Cheltenham, one of the most academically successful schools in the UK, and the top co-educational school in England. He has led professional development programmes internationally, and is an Executive Leadership Coach for a number of other high performing schools. Russel has been a National Leader of Education and is the Executive Lead of the Odyssey Teaching School Hub.
